Return & Refund POLICY

At LaunderPay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items (such as personal care products, opened kits, or clearance items) may be non-returnable for hygiene or final-sale reasons. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@launderpay.com or call us at (844) 488-0080. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order at www.launderpay.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
